Job Description:We are looking for a strategic and resultsdriven Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee our marketing operations department. As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing operations strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will lead a team of marketing operations professionals implement and optimize marketing technology platforms and drive process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing operations plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the marketing operations team in implementing and optimizing marketing technology platforms including but not limited to marketing automation CRM analytics and project management tools.
  3. Design and optimize marketing workflows processes and systems to improve efficiency productivity and scalability.
  4. Collaborate with marketing sales and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing systems and processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as campaign effectiveness lead generation pipeline velocity and ROI to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing operations and recommend innovative approaches to drive results.
  7. Manage marketing operations budgets track expenses and ensure projects are executed within budgetary guidelines.
  8. Prepare and present marketing operations plans reports and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  9. Mentor and coach junior marketing operations team members providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing operations initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
  2. Minimum of six years of experience in marketing operations marketing technology or related roles with demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing operations initiatives.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing operations principles best practices and industry trends.
  4. Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and tools such as marketing automation (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) CRM (e.g. Salesforce) analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and project management tools.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data analyze trends and make datadriven decisions.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing operations professionals.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  10. Commitment to delivering highquality work and driving results that align with business objectives.
