Architect Property Developer

• Participate in the overall project planning and development phase which includes preparing reviewing and implementing the Master Project Program.
  
• Liaise and work closely with the Authorities Sales & Marketing Team Project Team and other relevant parties.
  
• Responsible for the application follow up and resolving issues relating to authorities approvals for property development projects.
  
• Ensure construction works carried out are in accordance with the drawings specification requirements and the companys Quality Standards.
  
• Coordinate between consultants and contractors on architectural works.
  
• Coordinate construction review of drawings and specifications to detect discrepancy and resolve technical problems.
  
• Conduct onsite observation when required and follow through until completion of the project
