Speech Language Pathologist 2024-2025

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services within school districts across Georgia. This role involves working with students to address speech and language disorders facilitating communication development and supporting their academic success. As a Speech Language Pathologist you will have the opportunity to collaborate with educators parents and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech language and communication disorders.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students specific needs.
  
• Provide direct therapy services to students including articulation fluency voice and language interventions.
  
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students educational programs.
  
• Monitor and document students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
  
• Educate and train school staff and families on strategies to support students communication skills in various settings.
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology (CCCSLP) from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA).
  
• Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
  
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferably in a school setting.
  
• Strong assessment diagnostic and therapy skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
