What youll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the local production site by providing specific technical information related to manufactured products such as but not limited to: drawing interpretation technical specs. interpretation risk assessment (legal safety economic) support and develop testing setup and testing plans problem solving and root cause analysis validation and if required lead the implementation of core product engineering changes new products and components. Maintain constant interaction with the technical centers. Additionally some project management activities will be required to support and execute implementation plans.

What is required:

Mechanical Industrial. Robotic Automation or Design Engineering Proven leadership skills and capability.

Strong organization skills

Teamwork integration

Negotiation skills

Effective communication

Focus on continuous improvement & creativity

Positive thinking. Propose smart solutions to work roadblocks.

Ability to coach and train employees.

Proven presentation and communication skills with big groups (30 people).
