Assistant Manager Business Analyst

• Customer interests and segmentation
  
• Readership and subscription behavior The Business Analyst will play a key role in running special projects and ideate/ improve on our subscriber journey from readers acquisition to retention and recovery.
  

• Support business units to create dashboards and visualizations using Google Data Studio / GA Custom Reports / Tableau or other tools
  
• Maintain daily reports and insights across the business units
  

• Ideation of use cases hypothesis and perform feasibility
  
• Monitor the performance of the companys websites on Google Analytics through tracked metrics and dimensions
  
• Develop presentation slides to articulate use cases or actionable business insights translate datadriven output to plain layman s terms (via data visualization and storytelling) and make appropriate recommendations to business units
  
• Assist data science team to refine their uses cases and provide inputs on data modeling and analysis
  
• Perform adhoc analysis on audiences readership and subscriptions based on business requests.
  
• Research and apply industry use cases and best practices
  
• Proactively communicate interesting trends and insights to business stakeholders
  

• Support and improve readers/subscriber journey across acquisition retention and recovery via a combination of EDM web/app pushes and web messages.
  
• Manage endtoend execution of use cases business analysis and projects from ideation requirements gathering data sourcing feasibility study execution to completing the deliverables and presentation to stakeholders
  
• Manage own project timeline assumptions constraints and dependencies
  
• Manage vendor on operations contract and billings
  
• Proactive in prioritizing workload and expectations
  

• Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  

Requirements

• 6 years and above relevant experience
  
• Preferred industry & functional exposure Business Consulting Technology & Data Analytics Social Media Analytics
  
• Technical Skills: Specific technical skills required to carry out the job in this organization :
  
• Highly analytical Highly proficient in Excel & google sheets BI/Visualizations like: Tableau/Google Data Studio
  
• Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
  
• Proficient in data querying or data extraction via SQL is a plus
  
• Experience in Marketing Automation
