About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer for a critical projectbased role to enhance and redesign our existing desktop web application. You will start from our current design materials and work towards creating a sleek intuitive interface that facilitates easy navigation and promotes user engagement. This role involves the complete UX design process from conceptualization to final handoff to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing design materials identifying areas for improvement.
• Conceptualize and design a modern minimalist user interface for the desktop web application using Figma.
• Create smart intuitive user flows and interactions to ensure a seamless frictionless experience that minimizes user confusion and maximizes engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team product managers and other stakeholders to ensure UX designs align with overall project goals and technical feasibility.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and early users to refine and iterate on design solutions ensuring a usercentric approach.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest UX trends and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Reporting Line and Team Management

• This position reports to the founding team.
• This is an individual contributor role and you will collaborate closely with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design particularly in creating modern minimalist interfaces supported by a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Expertise in using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of the principles of good user experience design and the ability to implement them to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with both technical and nontechnical team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead UX projects from conception to completion ideally within a startup environment.
