Senior Biologist II requires:

MS with 1 years experience (academic research setting and/or industry) BS with 2 years experience 3 years experience (academic research setting and/or industry)

Handson experience working in a laboratory in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical/academic setting.

Handson experience of protein purification techniques such as IMAC SEC IEX

Experience with the Phynexus and Akta protein purification technology.

Desire to crosstrain and flex between subgroups (protein expression/purification/characterization) is a must.

Strong team player who inspires colleagues to solve difficult problems and develop efficient workflows.

Interact well with colleagues vendors contractors scientific advisors and staff at all levels.

Highly organized with excellent analytical documentation and multitasking skills.

Senior Biologist II duties:

Execute projects in an efficient manner working within aggressive timelines. Rapidly communicate scientific results and insights to the team.

Prepare reports for internal and external purposes including regulatory submissions.

Advance understanding of current methodology and new/emerging technologies
