Job Description:

Candidate will participate in a focused effort to develop and productize groundbreaking solutions that will redefine the world of transportation and the growing field of selfdriving cars. You will work with hardworking and dedicated multifunctional engineering development teams across various vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into our AV SW platform. As a software engineer your primary role will be to build robust and scalable simulation infrastructure that will enable us to test and validate our selfdriving technology over millions of virtual miles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain software and data infrastructure that supports largescale highfidelity simulation of autonomous driving systems.
• Collaborate across engineering data science test engineering and release to build and scale test solutions that address gaps in coverage and frameworks and mitigate risks to the project.
• Build improve and maintain tools that automate the testing and data analytics process enabling a culture of testdriven development across the company.
• Create/Lead and maintain dashboards reports and data visualization tools that allow others to understand software performance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problemsolving.
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve systemlevel issues that affect the performance and reliability of our simulation infrastructure.
• Build simulation test cases from these.

Required Skills with Experience:

• 3 years of software engineering and/or data analysis experience preferably in the field of simulation autonomous systems robotics artificial intelligence or related areas.
• Proficiency in Python SQL C or similar highlevel programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and testdriven development.
• Excellent problemsolving analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in situations with high ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Curiosity and a desire to get into the weeds of a problem.
• BS or MS in Engineering or Science field.

• Experience with scaling the use of autonomous vehicle simulation frameworks.
• Automotive Handson or any Vehicle experience is best suited for this position.
• Experience with or knowledge of AI/ML systems or a background in working with AInative systems.
• Experience in largescale simulation for hardware or software validation of any robotics solution.
• Experience with functional safety is a huge plus
