Job description
Looking for an incumbent with good communication skills and should have 3 years of relevant experience in the sales function in
following areas:
Medical Devices/ Pharmaceutical (Anaesthesia ENT and Critical Care Products) preferably Medical Devices
Coverage of Assign Territory (Based at Hyderabad covering some area of A.P.)
Understanding different procedures and the product to attend OR procedures with the clinicians/surgeons.
Establishing relationship with the Clinicians technicians Biomedical & Different Stake Holder
Meet new customers/ segments in Key Accounts for more product penetration.
Educational qual
ifications:
B. Pharm. / B. Sc./ B.Tech in Biomedical

Job Details
Achieve defined business targets by building and managing customer relationships. Efficiently execute marketing plan. Ensure
running of service mechanism at individual customer.

Key Accountabilities

Regular and complete coverage of key account and customer
Develop the secondary customers via educating through KOLs
Execute marketing strategy onground
Endtoend servicing management for product
Provide timely and relevant insights to marketing team
Liaison with clinical team and sales team for customer insights and business growth
Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate updates
Building relationships and networks by an effective collaboration fast paced with customers/partners/internal
departments
Creative approach to customers requirements
Able to present products and ideas with confidence
Highly motivated self starter hungry to win looking to push own limits
Attend regular product training workshops
Execute marketing plan through product training.
Regular reporting on all specified formats
Maintaining updated customer database
Management and reporting of product related issues
Develop and implement competition conversion strategy basis market insight
Control the Sales return
Manage the profitability of business through continuity of ancillary sales
Identify alternate sales opportunities
Manage the profitability of business through priority products
Drive customer engagement and activity proposal
