Job Description

Office 365 Administrator

Job specification:

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Administrator with expertise in allocation movement from Capacity Based Routing (CBR) to Underwriting Validation (UWV) processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Office 365 environment while ensuring seamless allocation transfer between CBR and UWV systems.

  • Strong experience in Office 365 administration including proficiency with Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business and Teams.
  • Proven track record in allocation management preferably in a financial services or insurance environment.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 security features compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation is desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365 or MCSE: Productivity are a plus.
