Fraud and Payments Agent Evening and Night Shifts

Your daily tasks will be

• Processing payouts in a timely manner;
  
• Assisting other departments with payments and fraudrelated questions;
  
• Liaising with our Compliance team whenever needed;
  
• Working closely with your team on automation initiatives by providing feedback and proposing new ideas risk scoring preventing and resolving abuse cases;
  
• Fraud and crypto investigations;
  
• Reporting and doing fraud analysis on paymentsrelated cases.

Previous work experience in either Fraud or Payments Operations is an advantage.

Additional information

This role involves working every two weekends or more. You will be alternating between evening and night shifts including weekends and holidays.
