Amega Group is seeking to hire a dynamic and customercentric Customer Support Officer to join our team. The Customer Support Officer will play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards contributing to our customers satisfaction ensuring their inquiries are promptly addressed by receiving optimal guidance.
Responsibilities:
Handling and resolving customer requests providing the best customer experience
Investigating complaints troubleshooting issues and identifying trending problems
Performing KYC procedures and ensuring that all applications are compliant with the companys policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting bugs to the technical team
Assisting new clients with the account opening process
Entering and keep updating customers account information in the companys records and systems
Generating various reports regarding the number of accounts financial transactions etc.
Providing promoting services/ products to customers
Requirements:
Experience working with CRMLive chats and MetaTrader 4 / 5 platform
Experience with Sumsub or other softwares related to verification of clients
Experience in Forex industry in support team
Excellent time management and professionalism
Good problem solving skills
Fluent verbal and written English
Any additional language skills will be considered an advantage
