Executive/Legal Assistant

Impact:

As our Executive/Legal Assistant you will have the opportunity to support our Partner in the Personal Injury department by performing highlevel administrative and logistical tasks to alleviate responsibilities and ease executive workload.

Daily Tasks:
  • Conserve executive’s time by reading researching and routing correspondence.
  • Draft letters and documents collect and analyze information and initiate telecommunications.
  • Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences teleconferences and travel.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Process information as requested from records email and other related documents and summarize when needed.
  • Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with specific agendas.
  • Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Your Skills:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong command of the logistics of office workflow.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and calming demeanor.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • At least three years of executive assistant experience.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars.
  • Willing to work some weekends and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must type at least 40 words per minute.
