Sales Assistant (Internship)

In Barcelona Spain

The sales intern will be responsible for helping the sales representatives to develop a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations and reach the turnover wished via the private sales in these areas.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Preparation of flash offers: price list visuals content briefs contracts.
  • Campaign follow up: sales analysis inventory management follow up with partners and sales reports.
  • Business development opportunities depending on Kpis evaluation.
  • Coordination with production marketing and customer service teams.
  • Competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitors to ensure a competitive and attractive portfolio.
  • Conducting product reviews within our categories and on our websites landing pages in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Help in the preparation of campaign schedules.
  • Prepare the business trips (tourism fairs hotels visits) and provide commercial backup.
  • Back up during holidays and business trips.
  • Anticipate new consumption trends and respond to demand.

KEY SKILLS / WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong analysis skills and knowledge of Excel main functions.
  • Creative and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Pragmatic organized rigorous.
  • Autonomous selfdriven selfmotivated.
  • Team player led by example.
  • Top class presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast growing and changing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Spoken and written excellency in English. Additional language such as French Italian and/or Spanish is required.
  • Experience in tourism or hospitality is a big plus.
  • Strong working ethics and adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate in ecommerce/Tourism

CONDITIONS:

  • 750 gross/month
  • 6 months. Starting in JuneJuly 2024
