Requirements:
Education: College CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma
from a program of 1 year to 2 years. A degree in hospitality
management
or a related field is a plus.Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a management or supervisory
role in the restaurant industry.Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including staff
management customer service and overall guest experience.Ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and service
are consistently delivered.Manage restaurant inventory and supplies to minimize waste and
maintain optimal stock levels.Develop and implement company policies and safety regulations
ensuring adherence and staff training as necessary.Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff including training and
performance evaluations.Monitor and address customer feedback and complaints to maintain a
positive dining experience.Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Work in a fastpaced restaurant environment.
Perform various tasks related to restaurant management including staff
supervision and customer interaction.May need to stand for extended periods and move throughout the
restaurant.Work Term: Permanent
