Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Present menus take food and drink orders and provide recommendations when requested.

• Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure that orders are accurate.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions and accurately process payments.

• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations related to food service.
