Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and guest service.
• Support in staff training performance evaluation and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies standards and food safety protocols.
• Assist in financial management including inventory control and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Address guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fullservice restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
• Positive attitude and teamfocused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
