Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Hotel Clerk Supervisor on behalf of our client to oversee and coordinate the front desk and guest services operations at their establishment. If you have a strong background in hospitality and leadership skills wed like to introduce you to this supervisory role where you can play a key part in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Coordinate assign and review work
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Hire and train staff in job duties safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve workrelated problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
