Operations Analyst

• Daily Production Reporting for all factories Production output and plant efficiencies. Escalating variances collecting analyzing and evaluating production records and trends as well as evaluating performance.
  
• Provide operations managers and the production team with analytical reports that are useful in the identification of opportunities to increase production.
  
• Perform plant production analysis to track Production orders reconciliation Actual production output vs BOM on SAP and escalate variances where applicable with a deep dive into areas where there is waste.
  
• Determines areas of improvements gathers data on current operations reports and prepares Production Metric dashboard to track robust daily reports %waste (foreign matter) yields machine efficiencies down times etc.
  
• Identifies and compares the efficiency of new processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in operations analysis or a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel SQL and data visualization tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
