Program Manager Technical

This is a remote position.

This Position will be responsible for arbitraging interdependencies between different products and applications. As part of this this person will be deeply involved in the tactical planning cycles between product and tech teams to identify dependencies proactively and resolve it through sequencing deliverables at the right time. This Role will support technical leaders with resource and sprint planning to increase on time delivery rate. As part of this role they will be responsible during the solution design cycle to evaluate the cost benefit of building or buying the solution. They will own project management of 3rd party integrations across all our product offers.

On a day to day basis this Role helps on time delivery and helps make the right trade off decisions. They are responsible to coordinate and project manage a continuous flow of work into the tech organization by keeping to best practices in the product development lifecycle. In addition they work with external developers to evaluate opportunities to move faster with the development cycle. They work with internal stakeholders to pursue feasibility of onboarding external supply chain service providers. They own project management of any third party integrations.

• Establish a scalable tracker for planning and execution purposes between product and tech

Requirements

Experience

Must have

• 5 years experience in Technical Program Management
  

• 25 years experience in Supply Chain Transportation or Logistics
  

• 5 years working with development engineers
  

Nice to have

• Experience in working in startup environment
  

• Experience in product management
  

Skills

Must haves

• Manage a portfolio of complex deliverable across multiple stakeholders that will have multi quarter / year deliverables
  

• Ability to help arbitrage trade off decisions using data driven decision making principles
  

• Tech Experience in working across different technology teams and engineers to debate solution designs effort and other trade offs
  

• Tech Experience in evaluating managing and onboarding 3rd party tech solutions
  

• Experience in planning and resource allocation to meet most important goals
  

• Portfolio Project Management experience
  

• Attention to detail is high with the ability to evaluate impact up/downstream.
  

• Stakeholder Management and Excellent Communication
  

• Good written skills to write business plans
  

• Ability to influence stakeholders to make the right decisions
  

• Track record in delivering results
  

• Proficient in Spanish and English both written and verbal
  

Nice to haves

• Project Management tools such as Asana Mondays or something similar
  

• Portuguese written and verbal skills good
