Business Consultant - Cloud Suite Financials

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Suite Financials (CSF) Business Consultant to join our clients project implementation team. This role involves directing and monitoring standardization design development and testing activities of functional modules while ensuring the integrity of data migration into CSF. Expertise in Discovery Design and Configuration will be essential for reviewing and approving gap analysis business process changes and deliverables for each milestone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the clients Process Owners project implementation team ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Direct and monitor standardization design development and testing activities of functional modules ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client requirements.
• Monitor crossfunctional implementation activities and resolve issues between functional groups fostering collaboration and effective problemsolving.
• Ensure the integrity of data migration into CSF in collaboration with Client Process Owners mitigating risks and ensuring data accuracy.
• Work with the project manager to identify and prioritize issues facilitating timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
• Monitor team progress against the project plan and ensure activities are within the approved scope implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Review and approve gap analysis and resulting business process changes ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Enforce standardized design decisions by module promoting consistency and efficiency in solution configuration.
• Attend Core Team meetings and functional Site Team meetings providing insights and guidance to drive project success.
• Analyze current business processes to assess the degree of change management required for technology use recommending appropriate strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Infors Cloud Suite Financials (CSF) & Supply Chain Productline with substantial expertise in Discovery Design and Configuration.
• Expertise and background in Finance is necessary.
• Experience in multiple Finance Modules within Cloud Suite Financials (FSM) is necessary for this role.
• Experience with Infor Deployment Methodology (IDM) is necessary.
