Experience / Qualifications

• A high caliber engineering graduate with >15 years of prior experience in high precision components of industrial engg / hydraulics business verticals with batch production and variety.
• He / She should have a thorough understanding of complete development from machining till CKD.

• Sector knowledge

• Knowledge of IMS
• Machining and programming (guidance) knowledge
• Manufacturing / process engg knowledge process drawing modeling process sheets and control sheets tool inserts tool holders fixtures
• Machine selection with right attachments knowledge
• Cycle time setting and productivity improvement knowledge
• PPC knowledge Releasing routing card job/work orders follow up traceability machine planning capacity planning
• Lean techniques SMED 5S Housekeeping HSE Gemba Management by Walk Elimination of waste
• Quality comes from process concept responsible
• Operator and below staff training
• Vendor managing
• ERP implementation in shop
• Maintenance responsible
• Special process responsible plating phosphating coating welding HT..
• Knowledge of industry 4.0 is desirable
  • Digitalization of process and records
• New product development and establishing it in shop for smooth flow of process and quality
• To work closely with Assembly SCM and Quality Assurance for creating conducive atmosphere
• Poka Yoke techniques optional
• Lean green belt optional
