Your Job

Support the HRBP within their scope and participate in the execution of the previously defined HR strategy.

To specify

  • Human Resources administrative management (45%)
    • Being autonomous in carrying out all tasks related to staff administration by following predefined processes (employee files administrative documents employment contracts leave management funding of apprentice training by OPCOs...)
    • Ensuring compliance and updating of all information entered into the HRIS
    • Ensuring the update of all process documentation
    • Planning and monitoring periodic appointments with occupational doctor for all employees and recording followup sheets in the employees file
    • Administrative management of social benefits (health insurance meal vouchers...) following established processes
    • Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance of HR information
  • On/Offboarding of employees (30%)
    • Independently following HR processes for tracking new and departing employees
  • Performance management and employee skills development (10%)
    • Deploying and coordinating performance evaluation processes for employees according to established procedures: goal setting and monitoring annual appraisals...
  • Management of social relationships (10%)
    • Responding to employee queries (through tickets and forums)
    • Organizing and animating company social events: welcoming breakfasts lunches seminars office suppliesmanagement...
    • Fostering Sparteos sense of belonging by implementing actions to serve internal employer branding: newsletters goodies...
  • Contribution to HR Projects (5%)
    • Assisting the HRBP in creating and updating new policies and procedures


Your profile for this job

  • You are pursuing HR studies: from Bachelors degree (Bac 3) to Masters degree (Bac 5).
  • You are rigorous and have excellentinterpersonal skills.
  • You appreciate working in a dynamic organizational environment adept at navigating continuous changes.
  • Nativelevel proficiency in French along with full proficiency in English (B2 level required).
  • A relevant experience in HR administration is well appreciated.
