YOUR MISSION AS (SENIOR) COUNTRY MANAGER ITALY (F/M/D) AT LILLYDOO:

• You will develop implement and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive brand awareness and growth in Italy
• You will monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
• You will work closely with crossfunctional teams and stay informed on all relevant topics
• You are actively involved in P&L management for Italy
• You will conduct market researches to identify trends opportunities and challenges specific to the Italian market
• You will always keep an eye on the competition their products and marketing activities
• You will contribute both creatively and analytically
• You will be responsible for all PR related topics and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including agencies partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful campaigns

Requirements

**YOUR SKILLSET

• Must be a native Italian speaker with very good English skills (English is our corporate language)
• Degree in economics with a focus on marketing or equivalent
• 3 years work experience in marketing
• Enjoy working with numbers and analytical contexts
• Talent for multitasking creativity and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently on projects

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• Experience in an eCommerce or FMCG company
• Enthusiasm for new trends and customer needs
