- Overseeing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP system.
- Collaborating with departments to integrate business processes.
- Customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet the organization’s needs.
- Managing system upgrades and updates to minimize disruption.
- Leading ERP-related projects from planning to implementation.
- Supporting ERP system users and conducting training sessions.
- Ensuring data integrity and security.
- Identifying and resolving system issues.
- Developing and generating management reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Certifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Certification in SAP is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Office 365 highly recommended
