Job Profile
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for the contract manufacturing.
- Sourcing new Raw Material / Packaging Material for New product launches and share product costing to Marketing commercial team.
- Evaluate & negotiate contracts with the Contract Manufacturers negotiate prices for Raw and packing materials.
- Finalizing Quarterly pricing for the Raw materials and Finished Goods with contract manufacturers
- Ensure supply security and sustainability of sources
- Forecast Raw material and Packaging material price trends and its impact on future activities
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Build and maintain healthy supplier relationships with the new and existing vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Analyzing procurement data conducting spend analysis and preparing reports.
- Operational knowledge of SAP ERP system/MS office tools/ ebidding tools.
- Knowledge of Chemicals and packaging materials and ability to gather market intelligence.
- Work closely with the legal department in drafting and executing the contracts with favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate between Contract manufacturers and Supply chain for Raw Material / Finished Goods availability.
Relevant experience
- No of Years 45 years
- Chemical/FMCG/Formulation /Contract manufacturing
Educational Attainment and Language preference
- Chemistry/Chemical graduate with Management degree/diploma
- Language proficiency Knowledge of Arabic/French/English is a must.
