YOUR MISSION

This is a unique opportunity for a driven highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fastgrowing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.

In this role you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales Product and Tech teams be the internal advocate for the customer and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.

YOUR TASKS

• You are the face towards our customers and help them to successfully derive business value from our products
• You translate a customers needs into technical requirements and are quick to troubleshoot any technical difficulties together with the team
• You configure data mappings & transformations customer connections and workflows in our internal tools
• You ensure our customers successfully integrate with our platform and are well taken care of along their onboarding journey

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying / have an excellent university degree in a tech or businessrelated field (at least 4th semester of Bachelors degree)
• You have some coding or data science experience e.g. understanding API documentation working with JSON files understanding data structures
• You are a skilled proactive communicator and enjoy finding expert solutions for our customers
• You are highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and handson mentality
• You are fluent in German and EnglishHaving some experience in a B2B operations solutions or customerfacing role in a fastpaced environment is a plus ;)
