Job Description

Responsibilities encompass collaborating with client IT design teams and Level 1 Service Desk to deliver support for fundamental infrastructure and desktop technologies standard to the clients operational setup. Additionally the role involves hardware asset management overseeing the IT stockroom inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for essential operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary desktop support covering Windows Operating System Mobile Device Management Infrastructure Video Conferencing systems and client L3 application teams.
  • Technical troubleshooting data gathering and GAP analysis for issues affecting end users globally.
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of processes procedures and technologies across the client enterprise environment.
  • Following directives provided by the Application and System Services team leads and managers.
  • Documenting recurring issues in the client Knowledge Base and updating case status and tasks/work completed with end users in the client ITSM system.
  • Setting up and maintaining inventory processes asset recording and basic staging tasks.
  • Coordinating with Operations/Purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and liaising with Field Service/Project teams to ensure proper equipment allocation.
  • Providing reports supporting asset inventory using Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Gathering data and analyzing all activities impacting asset life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
  • Desired support certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
  • Minimum of 4 years combined experience and proficiency in supporting various technologies including Windows 10 OS Microsoft Office Suite hardware troubleshooting Macs Networking Microsoft Intune MFDs Mobile Device Management Active Directory Administration Skype Video Conferencing Office 365 Azure MFA and desktop imaging.
  • Strong customer service analytical & problemsolving skills teamwork/interpersonal skills and business knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (Kanji Script Read Write & Speak) and English (Read Write & Speak).
