About The Job
Foundever is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Risk Management with a specialization in anti- and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to and ESG issues within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct risk analysis across various business operations and geographical regions.
- Analyze existing policies, procedures, and controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and other tools to proactively identify emerging risks and trends.
Monitoring and Compliance
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends related to anti- and ESG issues.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and relevant committees on the status of anti- and ESG R&O.
- Communicate key risks, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of risk management efforts.
Other Qualifications
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields, with a focus on Anti- and ESG.
- Strong understanding of anti- laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act) and ESG frameworks (e.g. UN Global Compact, CSRD, SASB).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies and controls.
- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving change within complex organizations.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
Languages
- Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English
Tools and Applications
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Foundever’s internal tools would be a plus
- Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and similar is a plus
