Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development customization and integration to support our organizations Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer you will play a crucial role in architecting implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Design develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
3. Configure and customize Salesforce features including workflows process builder validation rules and security settings.
4. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs middleware and thirdparty tools to ensure data integrity and seamless flow of information.
5. Perform code reviews quality assurance and deployment activities to ensure the reliability scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and assist in their professional growth and development.
7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases features and best practices and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing solutions.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support and assistance to endusers as needed.
9. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and system administrators to deliver successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes tools and methodologies and actively participate in knowledge sharing and team collaboration activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce developer/engineer with at least 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.
3. Indepth knowledge of Salesforce architecture data model and security model with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
4. Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL REST/SOAP APIs and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
5. Experience with Salesforce integrations including SalesforcetoSalesforce REST/SOAP integrations and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica).
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
8. Selfmotivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
9. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Git Jenkins Salesforce DX) is preferred.
10. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
