Website Designer & Developer (PH work From Home)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Website Designer & Developer. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and contributing to the success of our business. We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in WordPress CMS website design migration duplication skills and a solid understanding of hosting and backend functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in plugin management and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and userfriendly websites.

Responsibilities of the Website Designer & Developer:
Design and Development:
o Develop visually appealing and userfriendly websites aligned with brand guidelines.
o Create responsive designs for optimal performance across devices.
o Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
o Implement custom theme elements and functionalities using WordPress.

Collaboration and Communication:
o Partner effectively with the SEO team marketing team and stakeholders.

o Conduct regular website backups and maintenance tasks.

Relevant Skills:
WordPress Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in WordPress CMS ensuring seamless navigation functionality and responsiveness of our websites.
Duplication Skills: Implement duplication techniques to efficiently replicate successful website structures and layouts.
Migration Experience: Lead website migration projects ensuring a smooth transition while preserving SEO integrity.
BackUp Procedures: Execute and manage regular website backup procedures to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
Hosting and BackEnd Knowledge: Possess a foundational understanding of hosting environments and backend functionalities to troubleshoot and optimize website performance.
Plugin Management: Maintain and update plugins to enhance website features and security.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders including the CEO CHRO (with a WordPress background) and SEO administrator to align website design with business goals and strategies.
SEO Integration: Implement SEO best practices collaborating with the SEO administrator to enhance website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Conflict Resolution: A team player who can identify and address conflicts constructively. Maintain an optimistic outlook even in challenging situations.
Active Listening: Ability to fully concentrate understand and respond to others points of view.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Website Designer & Developer with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design including layout color typography and imagery.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in approaching design challenges.
Capability to maintain brand consistency throughout all design elements.
Ability to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through thoughtful UI design.
Solid coding skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design including layout color typography and imagery.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in approaching design challenges.
