Our client isseeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager/Senior MarketingManager to lead their social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate aboutdigital marketing have a deep understanding of various social media platforms and possess excellentcommunication and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage a junior marketing executive.

As a key member of our marketing team you will be responsible for developing and executing socialmedia strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and conversion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the
    companys overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social mediaplatforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok. Curateusergenerated content and leverage it to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
  • Plan execute and optimize social media campaigns to achieve specific
    marketing goals such as increasing brand awareness driving website traffic generating leads andboosting sales.
  • Monitor moderate and actively engage with our social mediacommunity by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional
    manner. Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand reach andadvocacy.
  • Track measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all
    social media channels to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reportsand insights to the management team highlighting successes areas for improvement and emergingtrends.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends technologies and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools platforms and strategies to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales product development and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the social media marketing budget effectively allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in social media marketing with a strong track record of developing andimplementing successful campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content andengage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g. Google AnalyticsFacebook Insights Sprout Social).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively withcolleagues at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Facebook Blueprint Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
