Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our clients team as a Manufacturing/Production Manager specializing in Metals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan production schedules and coordinate all production activities in collaboration with Engineering Estimating and Project Management departments.
- Interpret company policies and enforce safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage labour costs effectively.
- Oversee Shop Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards.
- Manage stocked materials inventory particularly welding materials.
- Inspect work in progress and finished products according to the Quality Control Plan.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for new employees.
- Provide training leadership assignment of tasks recognition and disciplinary actions for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintain and oversee all equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated handson leadership with significant time spent on the shop floor.
- 810 years of experience in the Metals Manufacturing Industry.
- 5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and knowledge.
- ASME Code Knowledge preferred.
