Our valued partner is a manufacturer and directto consumer retailer in the emblem and insignia market looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to their Team!

Schedule: Monday Thursday 8:00 am 4:30 pm; Friday 8:00am 4:00pm

Location: Elk Grove Village IL

Job Type: Direct Hire Fulltime

Pay rate: $19$22/hr

Our client specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of emblematic jewelry specific to their clients needs and as a Customer Service Representative you will provide product pricing walk through the customer s options and collaborate with the design team to get the perfect design into their hands. You will get to see your work turn into tangible products!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests.
  
• Determine production processes that best fit your clients needs.
  
• Collaborate with the art and design department on your clients projects.
  
• Maintain meaningful longterm relationships with clients.
  
• Track and verify the status of order production.
  
• Verify customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed established goals with measurable statistics.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 24 years of Customer Service Sales or Manufacturing Sales Rep experience
  
• Proficiency in Office 365 and related applications including Outlook Excel and Word
  
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; typical or working with a wide array of customers
  
• Strong organization skills
  
• Ability to work in a small office environment; enjoy working closely with others.
