Role Responsibilities
- Promote the client as a company
- Provide comprehensive support to brokers for the smooth running of the desk
- Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships, and reach out to prospective new clients where appropriate
- Stay updated on products and markets, actively seeking feedback from industry participants
- Understand the desk's business strategy and identify new business opportunities
- On-board new clients following the correct process
- Assess client needs and financial conditions for internal cross-selling opportunities
- Understand relevant regulations within the evolving regulatory landscape
- Support a risk and compliance-aware culture, complying with group policies
