Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys computer network systems ensuring their efficient and secure operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and possess excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain network hardware software and other equipment

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the protection of company data and systems

Manage user accounts permissions email and other networkrelated tasks

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Stay uptodate with new technologies and make recommendations for network improvements

Collaborate with other IT team members to provide technical support and resolve networkrelated issues

Document network configurations and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

3 years of experience in network administration

Strong knowledge of network protocols and security measures

Experience with Cisco and Juniper network equipment

Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Relevant certifications (CCNA CCNP etc.) are a plus
