Demonstrate creativity and foresight in developing Architectural solutions.
Displays strong architectural and planning skills with the ability to create architectural designs through hand sketches.
Critically analyse and ensure that architectural designs are statutorily compliant easily buildable errorless and properly coordinated.
Produce/check construction drawings using advanced design software/s.
Actively coordinate the drawings with various consultants belonging to different disciplines.
Research and select building products/materials and check/compose written specifications.
Conduct Project meetings and document discussions through Meeting Minutes.
Actively participate in quality assurance/quality control review sessions at Project milestones.
Compose/compile all drawings and documentations required by various sanctioning authorities for their review and approval. Track such submissions and respond to queries of such sanctioning authorities.
Manage the Project during the construction phase by routing RFIs and shop drawings to the appropriate member responding to RFIs reviewing shop drawings issuing architect supplemental instructions and RFPs whenever necessary.
Travel to and visit Project construction site to observe construction progress and compose field reports.
Continually learn and stay informed about new systems methods and sustainable practices.
Acting as a mentor and nurturing the architects and draftsman in his/her team by helping them improve their design skills and industry knowledge.

Desired Candidate
Strong design and form giving skills required.
Proficient in using various design softwares. i.e. sketchup Revit Adobe AutoCAD etc.
Knowledge of major code issues and construction types.
Excellent verbal and written skills
A good portfolio of work experience as an Architect.
Excellent leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Detail oriented and highly analytical.
Willingness to work on a variety of Project types building forms and architectural styles.
Willingness to learn focus on selfgrowth and ability to adapt to various work environments.
