We have partnered with a London headquartered European Infrastructure Equity fund investing in Energy Transition the Circular Economy and Digital Transition are now hiring an Investment Director to lead its coverage of the DACH region.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead origination efforts in the DACH region through regular contacts with market participants and with potential investment targets
- Assist with the initial screening of investment opportunities
- Contribute to the deal strategy and negotiations together with the senior management.
- Liaise and work with external advisors whenever necessary
- Act as a board member for investee companies
Requirements
- BA or BSc Degree from a leading University preferably with MBA CFA ACA
- Fluent German is required for this position
- Experience of origination of midmarket infrastructure deals in the DACH market
- Extensive experience in infrastructure either on the buy side or investment banking
