As a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing highquality care and early years education to children. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the daily operations of the nursery and assisting with the implementation of engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Building positive relationships with children parents and colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive environment.

Ensuring the health safety and wellbeing of all children following safeguarding policies and procedures.

Collaborating with other team members to promote the holistic development of each child and support their individual needs.

Requirements

Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

Previous experience working in a nursery setting is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children parents and colleagues.

A compassionate and caring attitude towards childrens wellbeing and development.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Enhanced DBS check and valid First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
