Job Description: Senior Producer

We are currently seeking a Senior Producer with extensive experience in video/shoot production for short form social long form branded content talking heads and more to join our NGO client.

As a Senior Producer you will play a crucial role in leading a small but growing team in creating impactful and engaging films that support their mission to build open inclusive and prosperous societies in a globalized world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of film production including preproduction production and postproduction phases with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and devise creative concepts
• Develop project timelines budgets and production plans
• Source and coordinate with film crews talent and vendors for smooth production processes
• Oversee and manage all production logistics including locations permits and equipment
• Direct and guide the creative team during shoots to ensure the vision is captured effectively
• Manage the internal creative producer and postproduction resources to ensure seamless editing sound design and finalization of films
• Create social media content to promote and distribute films effectively
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in film production techniques

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in film production in fast moving factual environment with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Proficiency in all aspects of film production including preproduction production and postproduction
• Knowledge of social media content production and distribution
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong global network of partners to help deliver excellence or ability to quickly identify and build relationships.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fast moving factual film production environment
