Building Supervisor

The Y is here for our community to provide a safe place for all to come and enjoy the facility and programming that we offer. In order to do this we are looking for a leader to help engage our members participants and staff after our daytime hours and on the weekends. Working 1020 hours per week. These new parttime positions will be located at our Dahl branch in La Crosse.

Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision & security of the building & grounds
  

• Supervision of staff while in the building
  

• Address member and safety concerns as needed
  

• Help as needed in program spaces & facility cleanliness
  

• Engage members/participants around the facility
  

Requirements

• Ability to address and make solid decisions in emergency situations
  

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to build relationships
  

• Supervisory experience a plus
  

• Must be 21 years or older
  

• Preferred or willing to get: CPR/First aid
