We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and configuring Workday solutions and a deep understanding of HR finance and payroll processes. As a Workday consultant you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business processes and requirements configure the Workday system to meet those requirements and provide ongoing support and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Configure Workday modules such as HR finance payroll talent management and reporting
- Lead workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders
- Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday issues
- Stay uptodate on Workday releases and new features
- Assist with data migration and testing activities
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Administration)
- 8 years of experience implementing and configuring Workday solutions
- Strong understanding of HR finance and payroll processes
- Japanese language proficiency Native speakers or N2/N1 is must
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
