Role Overview: Are you ready to be the driving force behind our Sales Teams success Were looking for a proactive selfstarting Sales Administrator to be the backbone of our operations ensuring smooth sailing and exceptional service delivery. Key duties include:
- Quotations: Generate quotes for products and services within defined timelines showcasing commitment to surprising and impressing our clients
- Supplier & Client Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between clients and suppliers ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Opportunity creation: Proactively identify potential clients through incoming sales calls aligning with our ideal target market.
- Order Management: Champion timely and accurate order statuses and delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the different departments to understand client needs and provide the right services and solutions.
- Drive the WOW Factor: Uphold our company values by ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations every time!
Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a Managed Services environment.
- Experience with Distributors and knowledge of Microsoft Services and Products.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong organizational and administrative ability.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability.
- Process driven mindset with a strong problemsolving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
