Job Summary:

Analyze merchant statements to develop and prepare customized pricing documents. Maintain reference documentation to ensure the most up to date accurate information.


Responsibilities:
  • Determine customers merchant services needs and prepare and review analysis and Schedule A documents for sales team to present.
  • Create and maintain logos for various partners
  • Track incoming statements and turnaround time
  • Provide support for weekly and monthly detailed sales management reports on analyses information and account closure reasons
  • Complete a monthly audit on our portfolio of merchants to ensure pricing is consistent with proposal
  • Maintain updated versions of PDF files
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed.



Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred
  • 13 years in analytical role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Power Bi (preferred).
  • Experience with some type of CRM program
  • Communication Oral Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
  • Accountability Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
  • Decision Making Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Accuracy Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Analytical Skills Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
  • Communications Written Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
  • Detail Oriented Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
  • Honesty / Integrity Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.
  • Organized Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
