Manufacturing Engineer - CNC

• Creation of routings
  
• Capacity planning
  
• Determine optimal subcontract operations
  
• Develop procedure sheets bill of documents and process sketches
  
• Maintain customer drawings and documentation
  
• Analyze work flow space requirements and equipment layout
  
• Confer with operators and equipment vendors to make improvements
  
• Calculate production labor and material costs
  
• Improve production rates while maintaining safety standards
  
• Advise on cause and corrective actions
  

Requirements

• Manufacturing related Engineering Degree is preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment or the equivalent years experience
  
• High School Diploma is acceptable with 5 years of related CNC machining experience with a progression of responsibilities and 23 years of the experience should be in Engineering Administration and Process Improvement.
• SolidWorks (or similar CAD system) Excel Word
  
• Lean Manufacturing
