Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Customer Experience team focusing on the globalization of our SAP Hybris and Commerce Cloud platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the business aspects of customer experience to effectively contribute to our international expansion efforts. The successful candidate will analyze and enhance system capabilities ensuring our solutions meet diverse customer needs while maintaining our high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for the globalization of the SAP Hybris and Commerce Cloud platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer interactions and business processes to support effective decisionmaking and system configurations.
- Identify key questions and areas of interest regarding contacts pricing strategies customer types and more to tailor our platforms for various global markets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and system functionalities based on thorough analysis of business data.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP systems to meet business needs focusing on customer experience enhancements if applicable.
- Document and present findings and progress on projects to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our systems and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst Business Analyst or similar role in a technologydriven environment.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to gather requirements and translate to user stories with acceptance criteria
- Understanding of SAP Hybris and Commerce Cloud platforms is preferred but not required.
- Experience in Medtech or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Details
Must have proven experience working in customer experience/commerce in an enterprise environment. They will work on the externally facing customer ordering portals. Customers in this scenario are hospitals that order medical device or pharma products from J&J. Its important they have the business knowledge to know which questions to ask.
True BA/PA role with Agile experience (gathering requirements translating them to hand off to IT).
Someone who can focus on the WHAT vs. the HOW. More of a PA/BA not a technical person. Need to know about customer experience on the business side. If they have some technical configuration knowledge of SAP that is a plus but not required.
