The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals.
Review and analyses active requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
Utilizes multiple internet resources including social networking techniques to source candidates.
Conduct phone and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
Will be responsible for prescreening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.
Experienced in sourcing candidates from both traditional and social media recruitment platforms
Must have Strong Convincing & Follow up with Candidates.
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
Responsible to work on Contracts and Permanent positions.
Handson experience in endtoend recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a positive candidate Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company
Note:
Required someone who is well versed with German Language (Oral & Verbal) and need to work in German Time Zones.
