Job Description

• Candidate should have MBA (HR) / MSW.

• Wages Administration and WB employees life cycle.

• Candidate should have expert in Tax computation.

• Ensure timely submission of HR MIS.

• Collect obtain and preparation of employee data in desired formats / templates.

• Effective implementation of IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards.

• Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.

• Plan and estimate yearly manpower budget.

• To assist SH ER (Time Office) in Payroll & Poornata Management preparation of various MIS and Reports for smooth functioning of Time Office section in ER
