Marketing Manager - Fletcher Piccolo Associates FPA

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our construction company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our construction projects attract potential clients and enhance the companys brand presence in the market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the companys construction projects and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients market trends and competitive activities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts. Manage the companys online and offline marketing activities including social media website content advertising and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry professionals. Oversee the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are costeffective and align with the companys objectives. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends tools and technologies to continuously improve the companys marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager in the construction industry or related field. Indepth knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques with a track record of successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of market research data analysis and customer behavior. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and web analytics. Solid organizational and timemanagement abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
