Claim agent with a native level of German

Tasks

During your daytoday:

You will be in charge of the management of documentation
You will be scanning and validating necessary documents to process a claim
You will be sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request followups closing)
You will provide Customer service support: information about claim situation insurance policy and other services
You will update the information in company systems
You will have other administrative tasks and collection management

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:
You have a native level of German and an advanced level of English
You have at least one year of experience in administration
You have MS office knowledge
Your have good communication skills
You have the ability to learn analyse and resolve with criteria
You have eye for details
You are dynamic and proactive
You are Customer Service oriented
You are organized responsible and result orientated
